Cellulite does not just develop because you are getting older. Age really doesn’t have anything to do with your cellulite problem. Walking is very good for keeping your body in motion and burning the fat cells of cellulite. Standing around all day will promote cellulite cells to form. If your job requires you to stand for long periods of time, then you should do some stretching exercises each day to mobilize your fat cells. Sitting around on the couch all day will just help the fat cells to develop more in you body. Doing just a simple daily routine of exercises will help to minimize the development of cellulite fat cells.

Body wraps are very popular for getting rid of cellulite fat as well as reducing inches off your body. You can lose inches off your thighs, stomach and buttocks with a good body wrap. The body wraps work on drawing toxins out of the body, which is one reason for the build up of cellulite fat cells. Body wraps can tighter your appearance and give your skin a smooth healthy look.
3. Massage
You can significantly increase the motion of cellulite fat cells by massaging the skin and opening up your pores. Massaging will increase the heat in your body and breakdown the fat cells. You would need to set aside time each day and do a complete massage routine on your troubled areas. Cellulite fat cells don’t disappear overnight, you need to set a routine up that you can do every day and stick to your routine. You can combine routines that you do and help your metabolism to generate the breakdown of your fat cells. Rubbing creams on your cellulite areas can help as part of your massage routine, but creams can not get rid of the fat cells. If you do use a cream, use one that can go deep into the pores. It will help the look and feel of your skin.
There are a number of massage machines around on the market that can be used to help break up the fatty cellulite cells. They give you a vibrating massage with the use of a roller action to treat the cellulite cells. Some have a heat massage that you use a gel with, and some have air suction for deep treatments on your body. Most of them you will still need to use with a cellulite cream and set up a daily routine for doing the massage on your own.
If you choose to be more aggressive on your cellulite treatment you could see a therapist on a regular basis that would do the massage treatments for you, and work on your cellulite problem areas. You will get toned muscles, and the dimples will most likely disappear, but it doesn’t take care of the full problem. The cellulite problem is deeply embedded under the skin which takes a good fiber diet, plenty of water and exercise to break up the fat cells.
